The Pakistan Law Clinic in Collaboration with the Arizona State University conducted the third Judicial Clerkship Seminar in the Pakistan College of Law on Tuesday, September 19, 2017.
Mr. Justice (R) Karamat Nazir Bhandari and Miss Amna Riaz Ali Magsi (Serving Supreme Court Clerk) were the speakers.
They outlined the Clerkship program for the audience and expanded upon its importance.
The audience included members of the Pakistan Law Clinic's first batch and three PCL Alumni shortlisted for the Clerkship Program 2017 by the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

Two similar seminars, outlining the the Judicial Clerkship Program of the Supreme Court have been conducted by the Pakistan Law Clinic.
The first was conducted by Mr Zeeshan Zafar Hashmi on Friday January 20, 2017 at the Pakistan College of Law's campus.
The speaker (himself an alumni of the Pakistan College of Law) was one of the first Judicial Clerks in the Supreme Court of Pakistan, attached with two of the then Chief Justices of Pakistan, Honorable (R) Mr. Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry and Honorable (R) Mr. Justice Jawaad S. Khawaja. Mr. Zeeshaan thereafter went onto obtain his post-graduate qualification from Harvard University and is presently a practicing lawyer in Pakistan.
He shared his experience as a Supreme Court clerk and advised other to follow suit.

The second Judicial Clerkship Seminar was conducted by Miss Amna Riaz Ali Magsi.
She is also an alumni of the Pakistan College of Law and is currently serving as a judicial clerk at the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
